The program is implemented by CIEE, which has many years of experience in the J-1 Cultural Exchange program. Within the program framework, the student studies in an American public school and lives with an American host family for one academic year. Throughout the year, the local CIEE representative will look after the welfare and safety of the student, as well as monitor academic performance, of which we will receive a monthly report. The program includes: IELTS test, program registration and application procedures, visa support, CIEE support throughout the year, school enrollment, host family accommodation, meals, medical insurance, visa fee and SEVIS cost.

ACCOMMODATION
Every family is unique and individual. Each of them lives in a different location, with a different race and cultural background. You may meet a family with 2 children or you may live with only one parent family. It is important to treat your host family as you would like to be treated. The family may live in a big city or a small village. The smaller the town and village, the more likely you are to meet more people, succeed in school, and become part of the community.
